The project involved the Construction of the Model Custom Collectorate at Gwadar, along with Category 02 Apartments to provide modern residential facilities for government employees. The initiative was designed to support the growing administrative and residential needs of Gwadar as a strategic port city.
Our role encompassed comprehensive planning, detailed design, preparation of documentation, and end-to-end supervision, ensuring both the Collectorate building and residential apartments adhered to functionality, durability, and architectural standards while integrating external development works for enhanced usability.
