Project Information
The Construction of Apartments and Shops for Federal Government Employees under the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) was a large-scale housing initiative at KDA Scheme-33, Karachi. The project included the construction of “D” & “E” Type Apartments with commercial shops, designed to provide modern residential and community facilities for government employees.
Additionally, the project scope extended to the Construction of C-Type Apartments at FL Site, Sector 24-B, Gulzar-e-Hijri, Karachi (Phase-I, Package-I), including works related to electrification. This initiative provided sustainable and affordable housing solutions, complete with external development works to ensure a functional and livable environment.
Spanning over a decade (2007–2020), the project involved complete planning, designing, documentation, and detailed supervision, reflecting FGEHF’s long-term commitment to addressing the housing needs of federal employees in Karachi.
