Project Information
The project comprised the Construction of Category 04 Apartments at Gwadar, developed to meet the growing housing requirements of government staff in this strategic coastal city. The residential complex was designed to provide durable, comfortable, and well-planned living spaces while complementing the administrative infrastructure in the region.
Our scope of work included end-to-end planning, detailed architectural design, technical documentation, and comprehensive construction supervision. The project also integrated external development works, ensuring full functionality and seamless connection with the surrounding site.
