The Construction of New Academic Block and Library at the Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science & Technology (FUUAST), Gulshan-e-Iqbal Campus, Karachi, was a major infrastructure development designed to enhance the university’s academic and research facilities. The project involved the construction of a modern four-storey building, accommodating both classroom spaces and a fully equipped library to support students and faculty.
The scope of work covered complete planning, design, tender documentation, and construction supervision. Successfully completed in 2016, the new Academic Block and Library provided FUUAST with advanced facilities, fostering a conducive learning and research environment, and strengthening the university’s role in higher education.
