The Office Block at the Model Custom Collectorate, Gwadar was developed to serve as a modern and fully functional administrative facility. As Gwadar continues to expand as a strategic port city, the project was aimed at enhancing the capacity and efficiency of customs operations by providing a dedicated, well-designed workspace.
Our scope covered comprehensive planning, architectural and engineering design, preparation of technical documentation, and complete supervision of construction activities. The inclusion of external development works ensured smooth integration of the office block within the wider Collectorate complex and surrounding infrastructure.
