As part of the Construction of Various Projects at the University of Karachi, the National Guest House was developed to provide high-standard residential and hospitality facilities for visiting dignitaries, academics, and international guests. Designed to reflect both functionality and comfort, the guest house supports the university’s mission of fostering collaboration, hosting national and international conferences, and accommodating distinguished visitors.
The consultancy scope included master planning, preliminary and detailed design, preparation of 3D visualizations, detailed service drawings, and complete construction supervision. Completed in 2018, the National Guest House stands as a prestigious addition to the university’s infrastructure, strengthening its capacity for academic and professional engagement.
